1. Application of Conditions
By using the acsol.co.uk web site a service provided by The Icarus Partnership Ltd., (herein after referred to as ‘the company’), you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. The company reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment alter or enhance the current Service, including the release of any new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time

2. Interpretation
For the purpose of this document the terms that follow shall be interpreted as indicated: Client refers to the site user whose information is stored for the purpose of a job search or to store their career search and or contact information. Accredited user shall mean a person who has achieved accredited status through our approved training providers and who has the relevant qualifications and or evidenced experience. The company shall mean The Icarus Partnership Ltd. sole proprietors of the ACSOL brand its web site. Corporate user shall mean any organisation that has purchased access to ACSOL on behalf of a client.
3. Basis of Sale
Acsol provides a confidential, secure, web based job search and career support programme that, if used correctly, will help clients better manage their careers. In addition, should they so wish, share information with an accredited user who may be assisting them. ACSOL usage is obtained by paying for an access password and subsequent usage within the confines of the ACSOL pricing structure.
4. General Terms.
You must be over 13 years of age to use ACSOL. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process. Accounts registered by ‘bots’ or other automated methods are not permitted. Your account may only be used by one person a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one trial account. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your login and on your account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You must not modify, adapt or hack the service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with ACSOL or the company You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of ACSOL, or access to ACSOL without the express written permission of the company’s directors. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms and Conditions. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. 5. Pricing structure
The current service charges are clearly displayed on the ACSOL site www.acsol.co.uk
6. Payment
Unless special arrangements have been agreed with the directors of the company all payments will be made by credit or debit cards through the ACSOL web site
7. Risk and Retention of Title
The use of ACSOL is entirely at the risk of the client and or any accredited or corporate user. The company does not accept responsibility for any direct or indirect liability that may arise as a result of any involvement with the services provided by the programme, the site, advertisement, blog comment or any user or accredited user contacted through or in anyway connected with ACSOL. The company reserves the right to cut off it services and or take legal action against any client, accredited user or corporate user whom it suspects may be misusing the programme or damaging the ACSOL name or passing off or copying or multi using the programme to the detriment of the company and or other users.
8. Assignment
The company reserves the right to transfer its contractual obligations, liabilities and revenue earnings to a third party without prior notification. Though in such an event notification will take place as soon as possible to all interested parties
9. Guarantees
The company will continually strive to update and improve the services offered. If or any reason the service becomes unavailable for more than ten days in any one month then an additional months access will be provided at no charge.
10. Confidentiality
The company is registered and authorised to store data in accordance with UK data protection regulations. Details of the company’s privacy policy are on the web site.
11. Communications
Any concerns, suggestions, questions or problems can be communicated through the web site.
12. Force Majeure
The company does not accept responsibility for any direct or indirect liability that may arise as a result of the failure of any of its suppliers or any incident of force majeure.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law. The company reserves the right for any dispute to be heard in a court of competent jurisdiction in an area of its choosing.
In the interest of clarity, we wish to point out that the fee charged for using the Acsol site does NOT INCLUDE payment for any work-finding service.
Elements within the site related to finding work opportunities are included to assist job seekers and have been provided free of charge. ACSOL does not receive any fee from any company or organisation seeking to recruit and cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss incurred as a result of any company or individual becoming aware of each other through the use of the ACSOL site.
